Return Policy
Returns
Thank you for shopping at Kirundo® Dress, Clothing, Sweater. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange, subject to the policy below.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To return an item, please email us at [email protected] to request a return and receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Provide the RMA number with your return.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt. Make sure to include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were in the original package. Write the RMA number clearly on the return shipping label. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
Refunds
We will refund you the full purchase price of the item, not including original shipping fees. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order.
